We've returned home after a great 10 days in Colorado. I hope to start blogging again today or tomorrow, starting with a recap and photos of the great food and beer (lots of beer) we had in Colorado. We tried some great things and new things (like Nepalese food!) and for the most part had only Colorado craft beers throughout the 10 days.
Meals for this week include chicken and veggies in a green curry sauce and a Southern-style potluck at my friend Sun's place.
